Legal Needs Study - The University of Connecticut’s Center for Survey Research and Analysis was commissioned to conduct a statistically sound telephone survey of the civil law needs of low-income households in Connecticut. A series of conferences on The Future of the Legal Profession in Connecticut. The fourth symposium in this series, co-sponsored by the Connecticut Bar Association, was held at Yale Law School in October 2005.  Quinnipiac Law Review, Volume 24, Number 3, 2006  was devoted in its entirety to a presentation of the articles and dialogue on this extremely important topic.

Judicial Independence Symposium -  Co-sponsored by the University of Connecticut School of Law was held in November 2004.

The Significance of Professionalism for Connecticut Lawyers - for new and experienced lawyers was held in October 2004 at Quinnipiac University School of Law


Judicial Compensation Study - The Connecticut Bar Foundation, the Connecticut Judicial Branch, the Connecticut Bar Association, and the Connecticut Policy and Economic Council have conducted a study of judicial compensation and released a comprehensive report not only on judicial compensation but also on attorney income and interest in judicial appointment.
